I was so excited because so many people rave about Whitehouse Vet. We took our cat there. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr Karen O, not so much. Apparently Dr Karen O was having a bad day, as I was told by a member of her staff. My ( very laid back) pet was very uncomfortable. He is also very used to ( unfortunately) going to the vet ( he's quite a pro)! During her examination, she was loud, abrupt and no attempt was made to calm him. In fact quite the opposite! Doctor Newton was a nice guy. But No matter what I go into this place for they're so unbelievable rude and snarky. Plus it's EXTREMELY expensive. Bring your animals somewhere else.

Took my cat here several times and was not impressed at all. The Vet came in into the exam room with another pet owner's file thinking that was my pet. Dr not very caring and the exam rooms are are dingy and old which gives off appearance of not being clean. Didn't stay with this vet too long before I made a switch to Oldwick Animal Hospital and so glad that I did!
