Our family has a deep bond with Whitehouse Vet. Not only did they take great care of my aging Tyler for a few years until he passed at the age of (almost) 13 (we switched from another vet group). Dr. Oberhansley took care of our daughter's cat in an emergency situation, when she wasn't able to find good vet care for the cat at where she live. Now we have a puppy and of course he has been going to Whitehouse for all his medical needs. Both Dr. Farrar and Dr. Oberhansley are excellent! All the staff are helpful, knowledge... read more

Your recommendation means the world to us, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share such an amazing recognition of our entire staff. We know how stressful it can be to find great care for your wonderful pets, and it is incredibly important to us that you and your furry family members feel completely comfortable and at ease here. Thank you for sharing your support, and we assure you that we will always be here for you!
I have been going to the Whitehouse Veterinary Hospital for over 6 years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. It's a very welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door and for anyone who has any difficulty with mobility, Dr. Oberhansley insists that her staff both carry the client's pet into the office and carry it back out to the client's car when they're ready to leave. I find all the staff very caring, from Dr. Oberhansley and Dr. Farrar to the vet techs, especially Julie, whom I refer to as the "cat w... read more

Jessica, thank you for your inspiring and thoughtful words. It is clients like you that return again and again that remind us why we do what we do. Thank you very much, and if there is anything more that we can do for you, please do not hesitate to call.
I have always had a positive experience at Whitehouse Vet Hospital. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. The wait time has always been minimal and the care has always been excellent. They are also much more reasonably priced then other vets that I have gone to in the past. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Business response:
Michelle, thank you for your fantastic review! We are honored to care for your pets, and we look forward to your next appointment with us!
Been making the rounds at veterinary hospitals lately with my little one -- this time for a routine spay. We adopted our toy poodle at 4 months and the poodle club threw in the spay as part of her rather sizable adoption fee (b/c a puppy, pure bred, yada yada). My experience with vets and a dozen pets over the years is all over the map, and free (more like prepaid in this case) does not always mean the experience will be a good one. Pleased to say that despite switching vets on us at the last minute from the one recommend... read more

Thank you Yuri, for your kindhearted and honest feedback. We are delighted we could meet your expectations, and appreciate you sharing your positive experience here on Yelp.
I was visiting family for the holidays and my dogs ACL injury was acting up. They quickly scheduled us to come in and offered outstanding service. Everyone was extra caring and attentive. I wasn't charged for the exam, just for the medications they prescribed.
Pretty upset about my service with this location. About a year ago my rescue was diagnosed with pretty bad dental disease and I was told she needed a number of teeth removed. I nervously went ahead with the procedure as her breath was unbearable and I was told since she's 13 at least I'd only have to do this "once in her life". Anyways, fast forward a year later and it seems it's back full force. Her breath is now unbearable again and she seems to have an infection. Drooling bad and some of it pink, also eyes are full of muc... read more
Terrible experience. Kept us waiting for over an hour when we were there to euthanize our elderly dog with cancer. Made a horrible situation that much worse. Unbelievable. Insensitive unprofessional. Would not recommend.
