They gave us a high end estimate for him to be hospitalized there for 5 days of $1780 which we agreed to pay and paid an $850 deposit before we left. By the 4th day he was better and just not eating, the doctor told me we were at $1600 and assumed i knew how their charging was done. Brought my dog in last night at the recommendation of my vet. My dogs foot was swollen and she was really warm and trembling and not eating or drinking. We arrived at 8:30 pm and they put us in a room right away. A tech came in and just glanced at the dog, did NOT EVEN TAKE HER VITALS and asked me what was going on, I told her and she said doc would be in soon. I waited 1 1/2 hours after they said they were releasing my kitten. Was there for 3 hours. My kitten died 5 hours later from Being there. $165 down the drain for them to do nothing to save my kitten Will not go there ever again
