Had a horrible experience here with my cat, never gave me any answers to what was going on. Didnt listen to me as I am her voice & catetaker. just got the run around. She was there for 6 days with a diff "diagnosis" every day. I asked for a diff attending doctor & was basically told no. so they ended up taking me for over 2,000$ & I'm disabled & on a fixed income, yet they didnt want to work with me on payments. Not being kept informed of how my pet was doing the girls out front were really nice but the dr I still don’t know what her name was when I told her that I could not afford the amount of fees with them wanting to keep her for a few days she made me feel like a piece of crap I got there around 11pm and they finally released her around 4:30am. They have u by the balls there when no vet is open in the middle of the night and ur pet is sick so there fees are a lot higher yes my pet is doing better but I’m not satisfied with that... read more
Customer service is extremely poor. Our cat had X-ray ultrasounds n had his spleen removed n you missed the lump on his side.the lady they sent to our vet for the service was in such a rush she left her equipment. Plus he had a tooth problem n you didn’t feel it was important but he couldn’t eat. We were at both offices and I am not impressed wish we would have had another choice. The service and staff at VSS in Winghaven was the worst I have ever experienced. I took my puppy here for emergency services after hours and everything started great, but once they got money they stopped returning my calls, took an outrageous amount of time to bring my dog out after a drop off or even to take her back for a drop off appointment. My dog ran out of medicine and after two phone calls, I still never received a call back regarding refilling the medication. Once this issue with my puppy is resolved I will never us... read more
They killed my dog sorry will not take them here for any surgery My vet carried my dog in and they did not look at her til late and she did not make it she was only three year old
All they seemed to be worried about was money. Not the well-being of my baby. Did not address the most serious issue. Just wanted to make sure to get that $95. office visit money.
