Faust didn’t deserve to die!! You sent him to animal control after the poor baby bit an employee. This dog was scared and injured.... had they muzzled him this incident would not have happened! One of your employees told me tonight you muzzle dogs, safety first, so my question is why wasn’t this done? Shame on you people. How do you sleep at night?
I think VSS is heartless and acted irrationally. I never have heard of an animal being euthanized before the owner could get there. I will never go there or recommend this place to anyone. There is no compassion there and apparently they recommend euthanizing animals for just about anything
NEVER WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN. I hope the vet tech isn’t seriously hurt, but you all apparently have NO IDEA how to care for a confused, scared, and sick animal who has gone through abuse. Shame on you. You’ve lost my trust. Such a shame.
