Needed to find a Vet asap and we were 3 months new to the area. After calling every single Vet on the list and in tears..... they had openings for a new patient appointment within a week. LOVED LOVED the office staff and Doctor! No "fluff & stuff".... just honesty and there to help your sick "baby". I would highly recommend them to anyone.....anytime!!! They are #1!!!!

I'm fairly new customer with Valley Hospital. I'm so very happy with this vet. 3 times I've had urgent calls to them and they have never rejected me and tell me to go to the Central Point Hospital for emergency. My last 2 vets I was with for a number of years always turned me to Central Point. They are very kind and professional. Yes they charge a bit more for an emergency visit but not that much. Highly recommended and have taken great care of my fur babies

Needed a vet Tuesday morning and Valley was recommended by a friend. I showed up with my little rescue dog and no appointment. I was treated with great kindness and professionalism. Had a very short wait. They even brought me a cup of coffee. The staff and vet, Margaret were amazing. I highly recommend this Vet hospital to anyone looking for outstanding professional care for your pets. Great Job.

We brought our rescued Labradoodle for a Wellness check, ear infection and to get spayed. This was our first visit to Valley Animal Hosp. We had been seeing another vet for 20+ yrs in GP. They weren't responsive to our latest needs in a timely fashion and based on recommendations from friends, called Valley. Our dog is 3 1/2, unsocialized, never been to a vet office, fearful of all people and noises. Our dog hurt her foot quite severely a few days ago. She was whining in pain and crying with a 1/4" deep, cut down an entire food pad. The front staff, techs and vet were all amazing here. This wasn't even our regular vet (they weren't able to see us) but they squeezed us into what was a packed day, got her stitched up and weren't even noticeably annoyed when she kept barking and growling at everyone. Dr. Margaret has taken care of my family's animals for years and years. We just can't say enough good things about her, Dr. Bowman and the staff!! They are knowledgeable, thorough, patient and gentle with each animal. They get to know the pets. They spend the time necessary with each patient. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Always have received excellent service and lots of loving attention by all the staff. It was comforting to have had such a good solid relationship with Dr Bowman (primary vet, but have been happy with all the vets we have seen there) that when the time came to make the painful decision to put our beloved dog down I had full confidence in his insight and wisdom.

Was my cat's vet for two years, before I moved out of the area. Always got good quality care for affordable prices.
