They are a loving set of doctors and technicians and they helped my 17 year old service dog and he passed today and wanted everyone one to know the hole staff has a special heart for all dogs and cats and are very Jentell with all dogs and cats the Doctor and Miss technicians and to all the staff and there kindness thank you all at the vets office for the support and kindness ps RIP Highway may you know you was my best friend and know you will be missed dearly but never forgotten we will meet again one day old friend
Always more interested in the almighty dollar than in genuine pet care. They ask the same questions over and over when you visit. It appeared to me that it was just to take up more time. Longer time slot = more money. If you care for your pet in a way that does not go along with their pre-conceived notions as to how to take care of your pet, then you get chastised over and over because you are not a sheep blindly following what THEY want you to do. Had a wonderful experience, they took Roscoe in short notice, he broke his dew claw. Thank goodness it was just the nail and not his toe! DVM Kayla Contreras was wonderful with Roscoe.
This place is the BEST! I only wish I had found them sooner. Before I over paid at other veterinary offices in the valley. They are fairly priced, and don't try to nickel and dime you for everything they do. I feel comfortable with every Dr. In this office. They are ALL very nice, thorough, highly trained and competent with all your needs. I love this office ! I can't say enough about how nice everyone is. The whole staff is just as nice and welcoming. I have been going to Vally animal hospital for about 8 years now and have always got TOP NOTCH SERVICE. the people are really willing to help you get hi grade service. The prices could be a bit lower but that is the only concern I have. Everything else is excellent. (Thank YOU ALL; especially the Techs.) James S. Morgan
