In the past I have had great experiences at Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic. I have taken 3 cats there over the past 5 years, and recommended to friends. A few years ago I even had to say goodbye to a pet at Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic and the compassionate staff truly eased the process. After having such great experiences with this office, I am extremely frustrated by my current situation. ...

My most recent visit to Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic was not very positive. My dog came in with a bleeding paw. We waited in line while one person was on the phone and another selling a bag of dog food. That person buying the food suggested she attend to my bleeding dog, but was waived the idea off. We were placed in a room for an hour, when a very kind tech, Allison came in took my dogs vitals...

Just another veterinary hospital that's over-priced and does things based on protocol and driving the price as high as possible for profit. I was very disappointed with my last visit. Too many things to list but after a consultation with a top veterinarian I learned that many things were done inappropriately. Additionally, twice when I've tried to call I've been put on hold for up to 15 minutes.

I waited 1 1-2 hours for someone to see my pet . I watched many people come and go with their pet being seen . I asked how much longer do I have to wait ? Answer forever ! Oh sorry were having a problem today . You could have told me that an hour ago . Maybe I could have taken my pet elsewhere . And yes I’m not happy about it !

Not happy with their social distancing. Pack em in. Will support small black owned vet clinic like friendship pet hospital from now on.

Dr Hille was Worst Vet Ever first Bad experience at Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic came after waiting 6 hours to be seen Walk-ins can wait a long time, I get it. The girl at front desk said no charge for visit since we waited so long which was unexpected and nice especially since I had limited funds. But when I told what the front desk said Hille said we will see about that. He was more...

I was disappointed that I arrived to the emergency vet only to be advised i would be seen in about an hour and half. I waited because I was worried about my dog. I was happy to finally get in a room an hour and a half later, someone took some initial information and then I was told to wait again. The vet eventually came in, which again I was happy about be cause it was still worried about my...
