I was happy to see that the social distancing was working fairly well. I was glad to see masks worn by employees. I would have like to see more of the seating area wiped downs after customers left for the next group waiting to sit if they didn't stay in their cars.

This was our first visit to The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic with our two desert tortoises. Everyone was very nice and extremely professional and it is very comforting to know that we have a Veterinarian that can help with desert tortoises. Thank you, Dave & Kelly

Everyone at the clinic was friendly and professional. We really appreciated the fact that not only did the staff wear masks but I would say about 90% of the people who brought pets also wore masks---very impressive. The Dr. was very personable and knowledgable. The only thing that could be improved would be that we be given updates while waiting in the exam room for the Dr.

I brought Claire in for an ear infection. And since she frequently gets them, Staff was nice and I was happy to see cdc guidelines for covid19 being adhered to. The vet was nice. Cleaned her ears and sent away with ear drops. I have been cleaning and administering the drops As instructed,. Zero improvement in 2 days. I hope to see some soon.
