My dog, Windsor, needed a bath and his nails done with Heidi, as well as a checkup with Dr. Fonza. When I made his reservations, I had requested a contactless drop off and pick up. Everything went well and our animals are fine, we just wish the vet had gone over the spaying procedure in more detail when we dropped them off.
Even though they were very busy with the phones ringing off the hook, the workers here were very polite and the wait time for my dog was minimal.
I love the attention everyone gives my dog and myself. Heidi is very good with my Chloe and does an excellent job with her. I have always loved the way the entire clinic operates. I had to bring Chloe in the very first night I moved here from NC due to an emergency. I wouldn’t go anywhere. Thank you!

I brought my 9 year old standard poodle in on an emergency basis. From the 1st call (and there were 3) the entire team has been compassionate, patient and straight up about everything. I have subsequently had to bring her back 3 nights in a row for bandage changing. My dog goes prancing in to greet everyone! Its not been fun and games for her so I think that speaks volumes.
Very professional,informative, and caring. I was a little surprised with the price, it was higher than expected but everyone was wonderful.
