They are always here to help when your vet is closed. As any ER, it's triage and not first come first served. it's served upon severity and waits can reflect that. I expect to wait hrs but often seen quickly. Assessments can take time but you are given estimates and choices based on symptoms, findings, diagnosis. and budget. Always great care for my furbabies here.
We recently had to visit SPEC after our dog decided to go for a midnight swim. We were VERY pleased with the overall care and attention we received and are happy to report our "pupsicle" is defrosted and doing well. Thank you Solano-Napa Pet Emergency Clinic - we recommend you highly!!
I have been there several times w/ different fur babies. I was just there again on 7-28-18. Always under stressful circumstances, but the staff couldn’t be nicer & the doctors are very personable. So thankful they are here! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
