My animals are my life, they are my babies. So naturally when my dog got sick I took him to the vet. Well because of the lovely blizzard I had a select few choices of places to take him, so I decided on seven hill vet because they used to be amazing. Well I was so wrong! They quoted me about 400, and ended up charging me more then the max amount they quoted. Then because his blood was normal, the vet tried to convince me to give him an X-ray/ ultrasound for a whopping 300 more, and that he would eventually require hospitaliz... read more
I loved there other location much better. It was more personal Dr. Mullen has kept it that way. A lot of the staff keeps changing. The pods are very cold stark white??? The waiting area is something but who ever decided to put in vaulted ceilings well not the brightest idea.
This place is all about taking your money and doing nothing. We took our cat in on a Sunday night because he was having digestive issues. They did an X-ray for 5x the cost of our normal vet and then said they sould do surgery just to be sure. Our normal vet did twice as much for half the cost and our cat is on his way back to normal. Seven hills is a horrible place to take your animal.
It has taken me almost 2 years to write this review because I wanted to keep my emotion out of it. I have been coming to Seven Hills Vet for many years but will never come back after the heartless way I was treated. Two years ago, I brought in my dog Charlotte because she was lethargic and running into walls. The ER/after hours doctor who saw her was cold and harsh.
