I called in the mid of the covid 19 situation and my poor kitty was very ill! I asked for an appt to put him down, and the lady very nicely made one for me and asked for me to pay on the phone! I was okay with that and I paid $160 something and was on my way down to the vet! Me and my daughter arrived we were taken in a room sat down and my kitty was ready! since no face to face contact the IV line was ran through the door, after taking him back to put a relaxing drug in him and the catheter! When they brought my angel back ... read more
It is 6:30 pm and my dog is having a medical emergency. I rush her to Seven Hills Vet Hospital, to be told there is no veterinarian doctor in until 7:30... you’re telling me a 24/7 EMERGENCY VET doesn’t have a doctor in?
We lost our cat last Tuesday and he ended up there and when my family went to look and see if it was him they was turned away 3 times and they didn’t even try to work with us
The sign outside of the building clearly says 24 hour emergency services, what it should say is 24 hour emergency services except for Wednesday nights... Our 12 year old Siberian husky had a mass on his spleen that ruptured, he couldn’t walk, his gums were white as snow and his breath was labored. We drove him to seven hills hospital only for them to tell me that they didn’t have any emergency doctors that night and the general vets were all off 15 minutes ago. The front desk person went to see if any of the doctors still ... read more
Took a very sick cat here over the weekend. They did blood work and some tests to the tune of over $500. (which don’t get me wrong, we would pay anything for our animals) Now here comes the issue. We normally go to Planned Pethood , but we went to seven Hills because the cat was so sick and they are only half mile away. Our kitty needed to be seen within 24 to 48 hours for repeat tests, which of course we went to our usual vet. As soon as we had an appointment we asked seven Hills to fax over the blood work which they agreed... read more
Been here several times. Do not think this will be my main vet. Just don’t get a great feeling here.
This hospital is extremely expensive. I just took my 3 pets in for check ups and vaccinations. First they rang me up for 12 months of heartworm meds which I did not ask for ( I usually just get 6 months at a time). Than the grand total came out to be over $600! I came home and pulled out the invoice from the last time we went and everything has gone up in cost by at least $3. The vet we saw prior to this was in Texas and they charged $10 for examinations for the family of pets. This place is $62 a piece. We will never be com... read more
Title: Buyer Beware! I am writing this to share our experience with 7 Hills Vet Clinic in Aurora. This summer, our mixed breed dog had an episode where he required to be seen by the vet. We took him to 7 Hills. We were given an estimate (treatment plan) for over $2,300.00. I told them to redo this plan and come up with a better number as the dog, although loved, is not worth that kind of money. They came back with an estimate of $1315.00 to $1480.06. We were given the “doom and gloom” speech that the “dog will die” if we do... read more
