They don’t care about your pet here. All they care about is money! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO THIS HOSPITAL THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY AND TELL YOU THERE’S NO DOCTOR ON DUTY OR THEY ARE TO BUSY. They did it to me. My dog stopped breathing and I was told to go somewhere else. I said ok, I will go, but please show me how to do CPR please. She insisted that there was no doctor and to go somewhere else. No help and no care in the world. How are they still in business? RIP TO MY BEST FRIEND. He died.. 😭😭😭 Screw this hospital!

You should be shamed of yourselves. My sister brought her cat in for a emergency tonight, he was seizing uncontrollably, foaming at the mouth and screeching in pain. You TURNED her away. Are you kidding me!? You are suppose to care of animals yet you turned one away that was suffering. They had to take him to another emergency vet and by that time it was to late, they had to put him down tonight. That poor soul suffered unnecessarily, you are monsters, you don’t care about our animals. Where was your mercy and compassion?

This place is incredibly disappointing and lacks compassion. It’s unfortunate this is the closest emergency option for us which proved to be useless as they turned us away at 10pm due to “patient capacity”. They didn’t even bother to ask us what the emergency was, just left us outside behind locked doors and told us to go elsewhere. I’m sure they have great vets but don’t count on any service or compassion from these people unless you have an appointment. If you’re short staffed, close your doors at a certain time and don’t ... read more

Completely careless service. Took my dog in with a giant swollen leg and they had “no idea” what was wrong. Said it could be a spider bite. They put him on antibiotics and pain meds for a week. When I called after a week to tell them those meds did not help and to ask for another round of meds they ignored my calls and emails. We’re to careless to even send over records. Now that I’ve taken my dog to the ER they found a huge mass in his leg and are testing for multiple different kinds of cancer. They say it doesn’t look good... read more

I brought my obviously very sick guinea pig to 7 Hills and waited 5 hours to be “treated” by the Vet ( Dr Fox ). Who they told me was the exotics specialist. She called me after about 5 hours and told me to come pick him up. They gave me some critical care formula, antibiotics and pain meds. Told me to syringe feed him until he was fit enough to have his teeth filed down and he should start to feel better in a few days. The next day he looked worse so I took him to Vida. The vet there told me that it was too late and he was ... read more

This vet takes advantage of pet owners and suckers them out of thousands of dollars. My nephew took his cat there when he got sick...they ran tests and were aware that his liver was failing. Instead of being honest and doing the right thing, they recommended expensive surgery. My nephew and his wife agreed, because they were desperately trying to save their baby, and the cat ended up having to be put to sleep anyway. Then they charged hundreds of dollars for cremation. My nephew and his wife are a hard working couple living... read more

Trying to get my dog seen and there hasn't been appointment availability any time I've ever inquired. She has a UTI, so she was uncomfortable and I had to pay for an urgent care appointment ($$) the first time I took her in. She was prescribed antibiotics but they failed to resolve the issue and she is in pain again. They state they are unable to see her because there are no appointments available AGAIN. So if I want to get her issue (she is in pain) addressed, I have to pay the urgent care fee again for something that I hav... read more
