0 stars. Receptionist needs to be replaced ASAP! Our dog was a long time patient. When he had an emergency they wouldn't help him. Receptionist told us that the Dr. was at lunch and wouldn't call him in on an emergency. She also said the Dr. already had a full day so he couldn't see our dog. We said, " it's an emergency though".
