It was an emergency and in my heart I knew things were not good. A good outcome was slim to none. Sam and his team did everything they could, my darling horse got all the attention and care we could possibly have given him. Everything was handled with such kind compassion and patient listening. His stall was always clean, his bandages changed regularly and his medication given on time. I really felt that Sam cared about my horse and that was really important to me. Hands down best vet in the valley. I had to put my 15 year old dog down yesterday and they let us do it in the field by the clinic, where she got to spend her last minutes in the sun surrounded by the ones who loved her. The doctor made a horribly painful day just a little bit easier. I'm so thankful.
