Gvc is a caring, compassionate, team of people who go above and beyond to give the best care to all animals!
It was an emergency and in my heart I knew things were not good. A good outcome was slim to none. Sam and his team did everything they could, my darling horse got all the attention and care we could possibly have given him. Everything was handled with such kind compassion and patient listening. His stall was always clean, his bandages changed regularly and his medication given on time. I really felt that Sam cared about my horse and that was really important to me. This clinic is very reliable. Dr. Johnson came to look at my horse and was thorough and friendly. The students were very helpful too. It is also nice to have the option to haul my horse to the clinic for an exam or surgery. Someone will always respond!
Hands down best vet in the valley. I had to put my 15 year old dog down yesterday and they let us do it in the field by the clinic, where she got to spend her last minutes in the sun surrounded by the ones who loved her. The doctor made a horribly painful day just a little bit easier. I'm so thankful.
We found Glenwood Vet Clinic by chance when we moved here with our two dogs back in 2003. Not only has Dr. Mease helped us with our pets, but several of the other vets as well, and all the care has been wonderful. Over the years they have helped us care for 4 dogs and 4 cats and will certainly be caring for our new puppy that will be joining our family at the new year. Truman wasn't the only one cared for on our recent visit. Dr. Sam and his staff were beyond kind and thorough as they explained his condition and treatment plan- I too received TLC ! Being a pet owner is a huge responsibility and finding a caring, knowledgable, and accommodating vet clinic is part of that responsibility. I'm glad Truman and I are in such capable and caring hands. Great vets and techs! 16 dentals in one day, without a hitch! Always communicates well with owners and ensures our horses comfort. Highest recommendation to the entire staff!!
I would not recommend anyone else in this valley other than GVC! They truly take care of all your needs and care deeply about your animals as if they were their own. The owner, Sam is incredible and is always going above and beyond to help. 10/10 would recommend Glenwood Vet and their team!
