Vet tech was great as always. I cant remember his name but he always remembers us and is great with cooper. Made me feel better not being able to go in with him.

I've been bringing Laci to Rau for the past 10 years. The doctors, nurses and front office staff are consistently professional, thorough and compassionate. They take time to listen and always provide the best possible care. They are trustworthy, kind and feel like they are a part of the family. Thank you for your love and care for Laci!

I would like to continue to be able to use the Rau Too office as Eve is more comfortable with the staff there - it seems to be getting harder and harder to communicate with them directly as their number rings to the Rau office directly now. I understand with Covid that both offices may not be running, but we prefer the staff at Rau Too.

We are no longer referring it to Rau Too, so when you call you can ask for an appointment in our Lower House and we can accommodate the request. Their office no longer has their own phone number, but the staff is still there to help!
I thought the care and courtesy Harper and I received was exceptional. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

I was 10 minutes early for my visit, however, one minute after my appointment time, someone came to get my dog, took down the important information, and spent time with him before she took him inside. Less than 10 minutes later the vet called me and explained what had to be done and gave me pricing right away. When I was called to make the payment, I was able to split it in half, which was very helpful during this time.
