I cannot say enough positive things about Rau. My family has been using Rau with their pets since before I was born, and I will continue to come, even though I live 30 minutes away!
Although it took a long time to get an appointment, when I was able to bring my cat in for his check up, everything went very smoothly. The wait was very short, and he was in and out quickly, and Dr. Kirchhoffer brought him out to the car and I was able to chat with her for a few minutes about his issues. This is much better than sitting in the waiting room with all those dogs!
The entire staff at Rau is the best. Even during the pandemic you have developed an excellent process that is efficient and still fully informative and complete. Thanks to the whole staff.
