Drive up clinic for vaccines and routine appointment was well organized and prompt.
Annie had her teeth cleaned on Friday and believe me I was very nervous. But, when she was taken into the hospital I knew she is in good hands. We were so impressed by the care she received. The nurses were wonderful and, when Dr. Missina called, he was really so thoughtful, caring and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. My dog is a very nervous and anxious guy. They took it nice and slow with him on his first visit and didn’t push him and make him uncomfortable. I was also anxious and nervous having to find a new vet for all 4 of my dogs this is great so far!
I’m always so happy we chose Rau for our dogs. One of my dogs has had 2 bouts of cancer, so naturally we are always concerned when a new lump comes up. Anytime we bring him in the doctor and nurses assure us we did the right thing brining him in even when the lumps are benign. It’s great to have a team that takes us seriously and cares for our furry family members.
