We are fairly new to your practice, and due to covid restrictions, this was the first time I was able to attend my dog's examination. I was so pleased to be able to ask questions of Dr. Kirschoffer, which she answered thoroughly and patiently. I appreciated all that she and her staff did to evaluate and advise me on my senior dog. I was there last night— the dr was running about 30 minutes behind. As soon as one of the vet techs mentioned he had been dealing with emergencies— i totally understood. Despite being so busy and behind schedule, i felt like the dr still took time to see if i had any questions or concerns. I didn’t feel like i was being rushed or overlooked. Thank you!

This was my first time coming into the building and I was so grateful for a dedicated waiting area for cats. I really appreciate all the time that Dr. Rozak spent with me to answer all of my questions and talk through treatment options. The staff was so sweet and caring to my cat who was really not feeling well and generally doesn't like visits to the vet :) Thank you for a great visit!
