I was thrilled with the way the Doctor and nurses dealt with Bella. Bella was quite nervous but Everyone was so good to her that we were able to complete her exam and all necessary shots. I compliment the fabulous customer service I received from everyone starting with getting an appointment up to Bella getting treated so well at the office.
Everyone is so warm and welcoming from the moment we were greeted in the parking lot. Dr. Kotlov is very professional, knowledgeable, and lovely, and ran on time. Clearly each person we interacted with is a true animal lover.
I would just like to say how wonderful everyone at Rau is. And how loving and kind they are to our pets. It is the best place. Thank you all

You have loved my dog and family! My dog is scared to death of coming in. Even though I have my two children with me, you allowed all 3 of us to accompany our puppy into the exam room. I greatly appreciate the love and care you have shown to us, putting my dog’s comfort above the covid “rules” at the time. We felt greatly loved!
Dr. Debra Eisenstein is the best vet around. She is full of care and empathy for any situation. Her ability to break down complicated results into laymen's terms gave me full confidence and the necessary understanding to make well-informed decisions. Though there are many veterinarian clinics closer to me, Dr. Eisenstein is the reason I make the drive out to Rau Animal Hospital.
I continue to be very happy with the professionalism and care given by all the Rau staff, in particular Dr. Rosenblatt. She is thorough in her exam of my cat and spends much of her time asking and/or answering questions I have regarding his care and condition. Thanks again, Dr. Rosenblatt.
