Was grateful you were able to take my Sammi on such short notice. Glad the tech talk to me on the phone and told me the truth that she was sad and not eating. This was her first time so I expected her to be sad.
They always have time to answer questions and offer sound advice for my senior dogs! I have been a patient of Rau for 57 yrs and have really never had an issue and that speaks volumes to me!
