I love bringing my dog Freddie to the Rau animal hospital. Everyone there is amazing, kind, competent. Dr Flasic is our favorite, but again everyone takes good care.

Yes.The best part of Rau Animal Hospital is the staff. The doctors,nurses and medical technicians as well as the people who answer the phones and the office staff that takes care of you when you arrive are what makes Rau excellent.

My dog recently passed away. I called a couple independent pet cremation places and got the same pricing of $290 for my 11 pound dog. They did provide pick up services. I also called Rau since I really didn't need a pick up service to a little dog. I was pleasantly surprised that Rau charged $100 less and have a very serene end of life room that I was able to bring my dog to and say my final good bye. They were very nice and supportive and made the task very easy.

As always, very pleased by the supportive nature and clear directions of Dr. Murphy. Staff was exceptionally helpful with carrying my 2 cats, one of which weighs 15 lb. Front desk staff very helpful and eager to please.
