It's always a pleasure going to Rau. They make Andy's fear of the vet more bearable and comforting. Communication is always fluid and appointments are prompt and quick. In regards to making appointments, the wait times are reasonable for their levels of urgency and it is a pleasure interacting with most of the team there. I very much appreciate everyone at Rau. I am very appreciative that Rau was able to schedule my dog for a visit on Sunday. I was taken at my appointment time, no wait. The staff are very caring and don’t rush you. Completely satisfied with Rau, they have taken excellent care of our pets for over 30 years!

My 1 y.o. Pomeranian became very sick within an hours time. He was vomiting up much clear liquid that it scared me. I've had small breeds for the past 30 plus yrs, I don't panic. After contacting Rau, and waiting to speak with a nurse, answering all questions, we both felt little Charlie had to be seen. Luckily I was able to bring him in as soon as I could get there!
