Receptionist and service was pleasant and outstanding as usual.
From the front desk to the Vets they are fantastic. Always there, always responsive and call to find out how their 4 legged patients are doing. Would NEVER go anywhere else. We have a veteran family 3 dogs almost 13, 2 cats 19.

The entire experience was very helpful and comforting. The staff are all very caring and love animals. They patiently examined my cat and tried multiple times to get her blood pressure. I would recommend Rau on an unqualified basis.
We had the best experience when we came in on Sunday, we were no patients, we did not have an appointment, but you were so helpful in getting Augie in to have his burrs snipped out painlessly and quickly. We were so impressed we are changing here permanently.
