The staff at Rau, especially Drs. Bishop and Kirchhoffer, have always been so professional and kind to us through the years caring for our three bulldogs until they passed away. Now that we have another bulldog, we were so happy to introduce Wennie to Dr. Bishop and staff. No doubt Rau is the very best place to take your beloved pets.
Nope! Great visit! I really appreciated being able to be checked out in the room, since me dog doesn't get along with other animals.
Our two cats received excellent care at RAU while boarding. Staff noted our instructions for feeding, etc., and followed them. We were delighted that Kimba and Bagheera had the condo, and we love that they had supervised playtime whenever staff (vet, tech, front desk) had time to spend with them. We also love that, in case of a problem, their very own vet(s) are there to give care. Thank you for taking such good care of them for us.
