Everyone on the staff, including the front desk, is always friendly and warm. Wait time was reasonable. I've been taking my dogs to Rau for 17 years and have never had a disappointing experience.

We had a great first experience at Rau--I am happy to have found a wonderful local vet. I was nervous bringing my cat in but everyone at the office kept him so happy and relaxed. He can't stop playing with his catnip gift. It was such a good visit that we'll be back in a few weeks with his newly adopted kitten sister!
Always feel like I'm welcome when visiting Dr. Kirkhoffer. Reception staff, Mimi, Marcie so friendly as are the vet techs and of course Dr. Kirkhoffer is our "go to gal" for vet care!
I've been bringing my dogs here since 1966 or there about. Almost all the vets there are worth my coming back
I have been very happy with the care provided to my cats by Rau. The doctors are great and will take the time to answer any questions I have. The support staff is excellent as well.
Very caring, friendly staff. The office is always clean and very welcoming!
