I brought Mac my cat in. We were taken right away and were treated right away. Everyone is very caring
Rau has by far the best doctors and staff! There is never a time call, that I am not helped. There is genuine concern and compassion from everyone working in the office.
The treatment my fur baby and family received at RAU was fantastic. This was my first visit and I was extremely anxious about my kitty’s digestive issues. I was able to make the appointment easily and provide all previous history by phone. There was no wait when we got there. The doctor really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answer all my questions. She did not make me feel rushed. We were seen very close to our appointment time. Doctor came in shortly after. Dr. Michael Messina was very thorough and explained everything very well. Our cat had tests to follow up on a presumed diagnosis. Dr. Messina updated us quickly and again carefully explained our options. Very good experience all around.
I appreciate the easy/ fast acting of Rau!! Seeing my dog had worms put me in a panic and I called ASAP and within a few hours I was able to pick up her medication and get started on treating her. I appreciate that they truly care for our fur babies and are always willing to help! Thank you!

I thought the office staff was professional. I liked the doctor. She was willing to explain things without getting impatience.
