I'm not just writing this review because I'm bitter... There are good things and bad things about this place. Pros: open on wknds, thorough evaluation, in house blood work Cons: This was our first visit with our 11 month old kitten. She hasn't been eating for days and has been lying around the house with little to no energy. She is usually spunky so I knew something was up. I have been bringing my pets there for over a decade and have always loved the staff. In fact I have sent many people there over the years. I'll NEVER bring my animals in there again. The lady I dealt with on the phone this morning should't be allowed to deal with people or animals. She was rude, uncaring, just awful! I had to look up your phone number to call and was surprised to see your ratings were so low. NOW I KNOW WHY!

If I could give no stars I would, we have taken both our cat and dog to this location a few times and every time it's over 350 for little tests and things they add on, they told us we couldn't get our animals flea medication without getting a heart worm test.. so we got the test in February it's now April and we took our dog in to get a rabies shot and a refresh of his flea medication and they're requiring we take the heart worm test again or we can't get a rabies shot .. mind you this test is over 120$. last time we went in... read more

Im so upset with this place right now. I took my baby kittin in (2 months old) because he wasn't feeing well. Turns out he has a URI. I spent over 300.00 on medication for him and a culture (which I found out later was really not even necessary). 3 days of medicine later and he is still sneezing and cant breath. Mind you, every Vet Ive ever gone to has always called to check on my pet 24-48 hours after a visit. Its been more than 72 hours by now. I wouldn't return here. I have two healthy cats. When I took them for their annual shots when they turned two (rabbies, leukemia, etc), both cats had reverse reactions. The cats began throwing up and defecating everywhere, so I rushed them back. I thought they were going to die. The vet did a shot of Benadryl and sent me on my way. The same thing continues, but this time I rush them back before even getting home. We get another shot of Benadryl and about 20 minutes of monitoring time. Horrible service starting with receptionist. They sure don't deserve my money if they can't even treat me respectfully. Imagine my pet who's not able to talk, what would they treat my dogs!!! Scary

For the safety of your pet do NOT go here. The doctors are bossed around by the office manager and when she doesn't like their call she let's them know! After taking a tour of the back of the house I was absolutely disgusted! It was filthy with expired meds that the office manager would throw out because they were "still good". The turn over rate in unreal here and I'm sure for valid reason. This place seriously only cares about the money!!!!
