Great location! Right across from Petsmart which makes their prices competitive. The nurses are very kind and helpful. I recently took my pup to pet vet for teeth scaling and was very satisfied with the prices and communication.

I am a new pet parent with limited knowledge and had an issue with my cat gagging but nothing coming up. I called the clinic and they were able to get me an appointment in the hour. The vet tech and veterinarian were very kind and answered all my questions. I will definitely be returning for my cat's future Healthcare needs.

This stand-alone building has room for check-ups, surgeries, and a pet food side boutique. We usually call ahead for appointments and never have trouble checking in at the reception desk. They once did not have our heartworm medication in stock, but they easily forwarded a prescription to another Pet Vet location (closer to my work) for me to pick up. The other day I had my dog, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling retriever name Zico, in for surgery. They told us that we had to deliver him between 7:00am - 8:00am, that was no problem. Then they said he will be done at 4:00pm, but they called and said that he won't be ready before 7:00pm. Kind of stupid when my dog didn't get any food in the morning. I can count on Pet Vet at Bay Area Blvd. to have the prescription food my cat needs to keep him healthy and happy! The staff always greets me when I arrive and takes care of my needs in a timely, friendly manner. They answer any questions I may have about my cat's diet and their prices are cheaper than most vets in the area.

We are happy customers of Pet Vet. The entire team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, honest and the vets are very professional and quick. We called in for an appointment a day before and were able to get seen the next day. We were in and out in less than an hour on a Thursday afternoon. The office staff called us Friday to follow up on our pup and his meds which was very thoughtful. This is our favorite Pet Vet !

I've been taking my cats here for a while. They have convenient hours and their prices for neutering were pretty good, so I went back for any other care they needed. Dr. Koenig & Dr. Jaxxon are both very nice and enthusiastic, and have taken good care of my cats, even though I have a Mean Cat. I am not exactly fond of the trend of vets calling pet owners "mom" and "dad", though. It's friendly, but it's a little weird for me. Really feels like 2.5 stars, I'm being nice. After going back and forth with vets, I decided to settle on this place for my new puppy. They have previous records of our older dog as well. First visit was nice and short with a lot of attention to my questions and concerns since I wasn't familiar with pup's background (backyard litter).
