They sent me a card, a poem with her paw prints and made a donation to the university of Illinois veterinary medicine memorial fund in her name. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their compassion for our loss. Lucy was a special dog, she had a good life and a respectful and caring end of life. We cannot thank you enough for all you’ve done for us and our Lucy! ❤️
