RecommendedMy boxer/husky mix has been terrified of the vet since he was a pup- as a result we have struggled to find a fit and trips to the vet have been high stress for everyone involved. We had a wonderful first pup visit here. Jeff was fantastic! He was through, listened to our concerns, gave excellent advice and truly took the time to get to know us and our Marty. The vet tech (I can't remember her name, sorry!) was so good with him while cleaning his ears, gave us excellent instructions and answered all our questions. We were able to pay and our next appointment was scheduled right in the exam room, a great feature with a curious, excitable puppy. I could not be any happier with the service. They are very informative and make sure I know what they are talking about before I leave amd they answer all of my question. They are gentle with my little dog Svengoolie, and they are always happy to see him. He doesn't show it, but he secretly loves them too. (Especially Erika!) �
I absolutely ADORE LVH, they have done nothing but treated all my animals with the utmost concern and care. They saved my oldest cat Bolt from Liver failure, and he easily could have died. They saved his life for me! I have not trusted anyone else with my pets. The staff is so friendly and the doctors are as well.
Place is fantastic! Such professionalism and kindness. I had taken my Mel to several places and many Tests. No diagnoses. Took him here and very quickly diagnosed. I wish I would have brought him here 1st.
We had to put my westie down last week which was very heartbreaking. We came to lombard vet, and they were very empathetic, understanding, and gentle. Dr. Sutarik explained everything before he did what he had to do. all the staff who work at lombard vet are wonderful. I used to work there too over the summer and can truly say the staff I worked with were always wonderful to the animals.
