RecommendedThe place was nice. Did not have a bad smell. The staff were very nice and the Dr as well. They had to put down someone’s baby while we were there and they came in and apologized for the delay (understandable). Offers us water while we waited. They could have done X-Rays on my dog, but offered another solution instead. Which I appreciated. No additional charge for a Sunday appointment and opened until 8:00 pm. I think I found a new Vet for my girls.
RecommendedWe had our Anatolian shephard, Antalya's, annual check up and shots yesterday. What a great experience. The staff was friendly and Dr. McDonald was gentle and kind.
RecommendedI recently relocated back to Lombard after being away for 20 years. I have 3 furry best friends and have taken them to this facility a couple of times for routine shots, baths, nails, primarily minor things. RecommendedMy boxer/husky mix has been terrified of the vet since he was a pup- as a result we have struggled to find a fit and trips to the vet have been high stress for everyone involved. We have even been told that Diesel was on the Top 5 bad dog list, by a former vet. He has been put under all of his life just to get his nails cut and now that hes 8, I have concerns. He was through, listened to our concerns, gave excellent advice and truly took the time to get to know us and our Marty. The vet tech (I can't remember her name, sorry!) was so good with him while cleaning his ears, gave us excellent instructions and answered all our questions.
