Our History Upon graduation from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1964, Dr. Wayne Lutz founded Green Prairie Animal Clinic. Dr. Lutz began providing care to both small animal patients and large animal clients in the area, and it did not take long for the practice to take off. RecommendedI have the best of both worlds having an awesome vet in Florida and in Illinois. Dr. Bill is my go to vet and his awesome team and I mean Team, for when I need something for my 2 girls, Lillie and Sophia!! Randomly something occurs that I need my dogs to be seen and Dr, Bill is there with his knowledgeable, charismatic demeanor and addresses the problem and I get the answers that I am seeking. Couldn’t be happier about the care given to our dog here at the clinic. Everyone is kind, and genuinely concerned for our pet’s welfare. They have followed up on all matters and call and check on his health following his procedures. Kudos.
