So very disappointed and heartbroken by the service we received. My mom took our cocker spaniel puppy and dropped her off with very specific instructions to cut her nails, trim her feet, and trim around her back end area. We picked her up COMPLETELY SHAVEN as short as you can go ALL OVER, a cut/sore under her left eye, and not even with trimmed nails!!! She looks horrible and acts like she was abused by them!!!
