RecommendedFrom the time you walk in to the time you leave - they treat you and your pet like family. I have never had Vets take so much time with us in a room; they get to know your dog and that means a lot! You feel like no one else matters...but YOU and your baby. Incredible! The front desk (Yvonne? maybe) she is so kind and considerate. Dr. Vaughn saved our King Charles and even on his days off...reached out to us. Can't say enough wonderful things.

RecommendedI love Dr. Vaughn and Dr. C. They have always taken care of my babies with the utmost care! When a vet sits down on that ground to get on your dog's level, that says a lot to me. Another vet in the area made me pick up my 60 lb Bassett and put her on the table. Not Dr. Vaughn. He got right down with her and that impressed me.
RecommendedWe love Dr. Josh Vaughn! He is wonderful with our cats. He recently performed emergency surgery on our cat. We are so thankful he took such great care of our little family member. He has a very high level of honesty and professionalism that seems seldom found these days. We highly recommend him to all of our friends!! We also love their pet grooming service. We look forward to having our cat at the Paws on the Duck for pet boarding very soon.

Will deny emergency services due to understaffing and terrible customer service. Go to Eastside Animal Hospital. Exceptional service and a staff that cares.
Horrible experience! We had an emergency with a pet and we're needing to put it to sleep so she wasn't in pain or suffer and they were going to have us wait 5-6 hours before they could even get us in.......... so not happy with that......... They were very rude about it too. Not a pleasant experience at all.
