Carson Veterinary Clinic was originally established in 1982 by Dr. Jim Carson III and has proudly been serving the Acadiana area ever since. The founding principles were and still are honesty, integrity, trust and perhaps the biggest of all, customer service. We perform a wide range of advanced diagnostics and surgery as well as annual examinations, vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention as well as boarding. We take pride in our work and are always willing to go above and beyond for you and your pets!

Scout loves coming here. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. They handled scout with a safe and playful attitude that she and I both loved. The vet listened to all my concerns and gave explanations and advice on each one. I really felt heard as a pet parent and felt like scout had great vet techs and vets taking care of her

I was pleased with the hands on physical exam by Dr. Venable.on my cat, Callie. She was thorough and explained exactly the procedures she was going to perform, then also with the results. I appreciated the follow up call br her. Overall, I was pleased and positively impressed with the doctor and the staff.
