Carson Veterinary Clinic was originally established in 1982 by Dr. Jim Carson III and has proudly been serving the Acadiana area ever since. The founding principles were and still are honesty, integrity, trust and perhaps the biggest of all, customer service. We perform a wide range of advanced diagnostics and surgery as well as annual examinations, vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention as well as boarding. We take pride in our work and are always willing to go above and beyond for you and your pets!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They did a good job of putting the soft paws on Kittles claws. My only complaint is that I should have been told when I made the appointment that y’all didn’t sell the soft paws and that I would need to buy them elsewhere and bring them to you.
WE love to see Dr. Venable and the other Drs. at Carson! Our dogs love going to the Vet (even when they don't feel so great).
Athens doctor was very thorough w her exam and took time with me so i could ask questions.
