I found this company to not be very honest, deceitful actually. We met them at a dog day festival where they had a tent set up and were pushing FREE baths, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. When we called to make our appointment the first time, they said our dog had to have her rabies vaccine. We got her rabies vaccine. Then we called back to schedule her cleaning appointment...with all of her required vaccines completed. Started out just fine, I was able to get my cat in quickly, which I appreciated. I made it clear from the beginning that my 7 year old cat had only been out of the house a couple of times due to his absolute terror of the transport cage and cars. Additionally let them kknow that in general this cat was afraid of everything. Got him loaded up and took him in on Friday. He is congested, the xrays showed some cloudiness on his lungs.
