I have been taking my dog, to this grooming place since he was a puppy. Sadly, our last visit was a complete disaster. When we dropped him off for grooming, we were informed that we might not be able to get his legs to a shorter length due to the hair being too close to his leg muscles. Normally, Jordan, the groomer, calls if there's an issue. This time, the only communication we received was after our dog was already shaved. All 3 of my pets go here and love it just as much as I do! Dr.Peterson and Cook see my corgi and cat and Dr.Craven has done surgery on my husky who is living her best life pain free thanks to her. I first came to this location with my husky puppy I adopted from the shelter who was limping. I brought her to see Dr.Craven who diagnosed her with a very serious luxating patella and It seemed to be causing her pain which was leading to aggression and anxiety. Wonderful staff and vets!! They got me in ASAP and were so attentive, respectful, and kind. They treated me and my pets with the upmost care. 10/10
Amazing vet! They take such great care of Dash every time I visit. Dr. Peterson shows such passion and dedication to my pup and helping me understand any condition he might have. She really takes time to listen and thoroughly answers all my questions. Highly recommend!
I needed an urgent care visit for my dog this Saturday morning and Care First was open. I had never been there before. Getting an appointment was super easy and everyone (the technician who answered the phone and then checked me in, the technician who took my info in the room, the vet) were so kind and professional. I appreciated the vet's approach. Very impressed with their care. Highly recommend.
