Dr. Azore and technician Kylie are such an incredible team. Buddy loves coming to Care First (photo evidence included). I love that they always show me a breakdown of how much the visit is expected to cost prior to completing any services and they spoil Buddy to ensure he receives the absolute best care. Buddy has gone to Care First for his annual exams, sickness, and even surgery. I would absolutely recommend Care First to any pet owners looking for the best care for their animals.
Care First truly loves my pets and I love knowing that they will be treated in excellence! This is a team experience and there is a pervasive spirit of humility and kindness. I am thankful for the thorough administration of expertise in every staff member and I know that their advice is the real deal!
I really love this location! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming. It’s fairly easy for me to get appointments scheduled and everyone on staff responds to emails/phone calls when they can - usually next business day if I contact them late, which is really helpful since I am not always able to contact the practice during their business hours. We took our pup Marlee to get her spay here. The day of they were all very accommodating, and made us feel that she was in the best of hands, the surgery went good & is healing up well. They took the time to call us the following day to make sure she was recovering well. A few days after her spay she started bleeding like she was on her cycle, worried I called first thing in the morning and they immediately made her a drop off visit. Ginger, my teacup poodle was seen a week ago and they wanted me to get a urine specimen and I had a difficult time with this. Ava was so patient with both Ginger and me and made our visit much more relaxed. I really appreciate the care and attention that all of the techs and doctors show . Dr Craven was professional and made us feel right at home. We are so glad that a friend told us about Care First on Tryon Road!
