Ginger, my teacup poodle was seen a week ago and they wanted me to get a urine specimen and I had a difficult time with this. Ava was so patient with both Ginger and me and made our visit much more relaxed. I really appreciate the care and attention that all of the techs and doctors show . Dr Craven was professional and made us feel right at home. We are so glad that a friend told us about Care First on Tryon Road!
Excellent pet care. They get to know our family of pets through the years and I feel like they cater to their specific needs. The staff is warm and friendly. Their service is exceptional. I highly recommend them.
Workers were outside clearing ice on sidewalk! Staff was friendly and attentive as well as very professional. I wish they were use a newer style soft collars because the old fashioned plastic cone collar was too long for my cat to eat, imposed her mobility a lot and she could t eat easily while wearing. I ended up cutting the length a little and took it off before healing time was complete. Please get soft collars to test?!
The staff at the Tryon - Care First Animal Hospital showed utmost compassion during my recent visit. The purpose of the visit was to say a reluctant but necessary goodbye to our sweet dog of over 14 years. Each staff member, including the doctor, demonstrated sincere empathy. The procedure was professional and gentle. We received a condolence card handwritten by each staff member, which is cherished by me and my wife. Care First Tryon in Cary is outstanding! The vets, the techs, the support staff are wonderful. They not only provide excellent service, they are upfront with prives and never try to oversell. My dogs mean the world to me and I feel good trusting them to this team.
