They seem to take good care of my animals but I don't understand why they continue to crop dogs ears. It's mutilation and unnecessary and I can't understand why they follow this practice.

I began taking my animals to this hospital in 2018, but this year I adopted a couple of elderly dogs, my visits are more frequent now and I can see the quality (or lack of such) more clearly. Every single time I leave they have forgotten to put meds in my bag. I asked to have dogs nails clipped, they weren't. Cats appointment was at 1. Arrived at 1230. Sat in car until someone acknowledged me at 1:02 because I had to stop them as they strolled by! So annoying

Cabarrus Animal Hospital is a disgrace. I spend almost $500 for yearly "wellness checks"for my 2 pups. Been going here several years for convenience mostly cause they are very close to home. Never been very excited about any of the docs. Have to go several times a year for nail trims and anal glands.I always tell them I have one with long quick so don't cut too short. Once I came out with a bloody nail and nobody was concerned about her pain, but quick to tell me how to get the blood out of my pants. I don't care about the p... read more

This is probably the only animal hospital that's closest to us here in kannpolis but definitely not my favorite really anymore except for the doctors who are by far amazing so super nice and cares a lot for you're animals. Just that the manger here needs more of a personality shows more respect to people and consideration towards others as well. Second guessing about coming here aging because of the manger.

Brought my 4 year old black lab into get fixed. I called around to see who was the best price for laser as bills are a little tight at this moment with an awesome seven year old and also full time student who is graduating next month. My dog had just gotten out of heat. So there wasn't a rush. I was asked how much she weighed. I told them over 75 lbs. I was told over the phone that is was $50 for laser. I said 50? As in 5-0? Dr Weiss can always find something wrong to charge more money. The first time we were on vacation and they kept calling to run more tests.cost us about $1500. This time she gave our puppies a shot too soon had to do them again another$84.

Dr. Beth Weiss is the reason I would never go back to this clinic. She is dismissive, almost rude, and always seems to want to push more and more procedures, tests, etc. on you. I would never recommend her, although I did like Dr. Haroff and have had no contact with any of the other vets at the clinic.

This place is nice overall but as they say "The Devil" is in the details .... There are fees on top of fees at this place. Yes they have the cheapest office visit price $39.99 but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Don't even think that you will get a follow-up visit ( to make sure your pet is ok following meds.) without the office fee!! Not to mention that the vet keeps making follow-up visits ...GO FIGURE !!
