The care and compassion they showed us means more than they will ever know. They were informative and honest during a very difficult time when we needed to be but the main thing was they were caring and compassionate which sometimes is hard to come by .
Excellent vet. My experiences have been above and beyond. My very spoiled mini schnauzer has been treated well by staff and doctors. I appreciate their customer service.

I wish I remembered people's names from this vet office!!! I think I initially spoke to Danielle who was very receptive to my issue. I had received a ear cropping from another vet who made me feel like a horrible mother for wanting my dog's ears cropped. I told the receptionist that I needed an appointment because my puppy is getting bigger and may miss the bracket to get the procedure done. Everyone there is so caring about all our animals. Sammy had surgery today and your staff carefully explained everything for post op care. Sometimes I have trouble paying for our babies care but the care animals get makes it worth the extra costs.
we brought our 8 week old Doberman here to get his ears cropped. i don't know which Dr. did the surgery,but the results are quite nice.the hospital called the day after we took our pup home to check on him..that shows they care about their patients. both the dog breeder and staff at our normal veterinarian clinic recommend this hospital. very happy with everything,checking in,care of our pet,covid wariness,etc.
This is a wonderful & caring animal hospital. Awesome staff & doctors. Very pleased with the care that my animals receive.
I am grateful for these vets, as I had traveled from Connecticut to pick up our new puppy. They were timely, thorough, and, of course, smitten with Tessie. Their check up put me at ease and put me back on the road home. Great spot. Thanks to all their helping me.
I cannot say enough good things about Cabarrus Animal Hospital. The exam that Dr. BP gave Banks today was the most thorough I have ever seen. Love this place!
