RecommendedDr. Darko and the entire staff are the greatest. We first went to Dr. Darko in April 2012 rescuing our 2nd dog Marley. We liked him so much that we switched to Animal Wellness Clinic for both Dior and Marley. We didn't care about the distance, we lived in East Hollywood at the time. I cannot tell you enough about Dr. Darko and the team. Our baby Dior recently became very sick and Dr. Darko did everything possible to make him and us comfortable. We can't thank you enough for all the love and care you gave Dior.
RecommendedThese folks are the best! They are not only friendly and responsive but also caring and compassionate. I was so moved by the love and tenderness they showed Bella during her final days. Since then, we have adopted two cats that were being sheltered there, and when we take them in for any reason, the staff always treat them like they are coming home for a visit. RecommendedI've been going to the clinic for years. My dogs always seem to have something going on. Most recently Vienna's (dachshund) back legs started to go paralyzed. She couldn't walk and was in a lot of pain. I've been seeing Dr. Zapata for acupuncture. Vienna has no pain now and is walking! She gets better with every treatment. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. I don't think Schnitzel (my other dachshund) would not let me anyway. The clinic has helped us so many times through the years. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Darko and his staff. From newly adopted to heartbreaking end-of-life care, he has always treated my cats as if they were his own. Plus, he knows and respects my particular concerns (and sometimes panics). Carmen and Lauren at the front desk are compassionate and incredibly helpful - and his vet techs treat my baby with loving care as well. It's more than worth the long drive.
