Absolutely appalled by the professionalism or lack thereof but 2 staff members. I was told multiple times if I wasn’t happy I could go somewhere else. My dog was suffering from a heat stroke and not doing great…Dr. Wilkes thought she should be left overnight for observation I tried to explain what had occurred… she blew me off and said she backed her staff 100%. Please take your pet somewhere else. The front staff and vet technicians are extremely rude. Refused to open on time (6:15), would not see customers in the order of which they showed up and then accused the customers of lying about it. Women were extremely rude and were unprovoked. I will never go to this office again and I would beg anyone out there not to take their animal here. There are other places that will treat you and your pet respectfully.

Fire the big blonde she is a very mean and rude person and has no intentions on savin the lives of ur pets she is a very bad person I have spent lots of money there but this was my worst experience ever and will never go back aslong as she is there

Our dog was in cardiac arrest when we got to the emergency care. We forgot our phone and had to use the bell. It was very obvious we disturbed the tech. She greeted my husband with “What do you want?” He apologized for rushing out and leaving our phones. Our dog was dying and all she could say was you can’t come in with her. She was very rude and short. While she was doing all of that, our dog died in the back seat of our truck. Absolutely worst emergency vet ever!! I drove 30 minutes to bring my very protective 97lbs dog to get checked out. The employees were very rude, unprofessional and they laughed on the phone when they called me to tell me what was goin on with my dog . Also the employee stated that she was busy working with another dog doin lab work and such like they didn’t even care I was even there to see what was goin on with my dog . I had a horrible experience here. The staff judged me for not bringing my dog sooner making comments like “this is what happens when your dog has diarrhea for that long” 1) She’s gotten sick like that before from eating scrap food 2) she declined very quick which is why I brought her to the ER and not my regular vet the following day. I ended up becoming hysterical because of the way they insinuated that I was a horrible person and I left. My husband took our golden retriever to see them tonight & my husband recorded the conversation that was spoken between himself, the vet, the office manager Melody Hagar & another lady named named Jennifer T. who is just a technician. They all found out at the end of the visit that the conversation was recorded. If you ever have to go to this ER Vet, be prepared to be charged an extremely large amount of money. Prices for treatment are more than double or triple the amount that you would pay at a normal vet. We took our cat last night for what ended up being a urinary tract blockage and could have resulted in severe kidney damage. They gave us some maximum and minimum estimate for treatment. The maximum was $1,400.00 and the minimum was $350.00. We went with the minimum amount, which was still outrageous, that only covered one hour... read more
