RecommendedThank you for the kindness of the Folks at Braselton Pet Emergency who took care of the remains of the poor (presumably) stray kitty that got hit by a car on Spout Springs in Flowery Branch tonight. Sadly he passed by the time I could get him there. In case he wasn’t a stray and someone is looking for him he was a beautiful white cat with light tan spots.

RecommendedDr. Owens is an excellent vet, and the office team is supportive. This is an emergency vet, so yes, you will pay emergency vet prices. Have had two great experiences with this team and highly recommend if you end up in the unfortunate position of needing their services.
RecommendedPET ER is amazing! I brought my puppy Roman in bc he had a bone stuck on his jaw. 30secs later poof it was off. Not only did they get it off quickly she sent me home with “it’s ok no charge it’s a gift from us to your puppy!” Thank you so much! You ladies are awesome!
RecommendedOur Shih Tzu was hit by a car yesterday and we brought him here. We had the most wonderful, caring staff! They performed emergency surgery and kept him overnight. We called to check in and each time; they took the time to let us know in detail how our sweet Parker was doing. Thank you!!
RecommendedThey were great! Very caring and knowledgeable. They took excellent care if my diabetic kitty who's blood sugar had gotten so low he was almost in a diabetic coma. I definitely would recommend them to anyone
The dr was rude and talked down to us. She made us sound like terrible cat owners. She quoted us $1700-$2200, but we did our own research and most tests weren’t necessary. And money was not an issue. We would have paid it. We did have a very sick cat and she left us alone to make a decision and advised us to let the receptionist know. Due the poor quality of life he would have lived, we decided to let him go. The receptionist was nowhere around and I waited close to 10 minutes while uncontrollably crying. I took some time to decide about this review. We took our 6 year old GSD here 5/28. We noticed a limp and grew worried. After a shave, we realized he suffered from a brown recluse bite most likely. We had to put our baby to sleep. When taken to a private room to spend some time with him, they were blasting music in the back. Highway to hell and Another One Bites the Dust.
