RecommendedThank you for the kindness of the Folks at Braselton Pet Emergency who took care of the remains of the poor (presumably) stray kitty that got hit by a car on Spout Springs in Flowery Branch tonight. Sadly he passed by the time I could get him there. In case he wasn’t a stray and someone is looking for him he was a beautiful white cat with light tan spots.

RecommendedDr. Owens is an excellent vet, and the office team is supportive. This is an emergency vet, so yes, you will pay emergency vet prices. Have had two great experiences with this team and highly recommend if you end up in the unfortunate position of needing their services.
RecommendedPET ER is amazing! I brought my puppy Roman in bc he had a bone stuck on his jaw. 30secs later poof it was off. Not only did they get it off quickly she sent me home with “it’s ok no charge it’s a gift from us to your puppy!” Thank you so much! You ladies are awesome!
RecommendedOur Shih Tzu was hit by a car yesterday and we brought him here. We had the most wonderful, caring staff! They performed emergency surgery and kept him overnight. We called to check in and each time; they took the time to let us know in detail how our sweet Parker was doing. Thank you!!

Our experience was terrible. Coming from a prior vet tech myself, I wouldn’t recommend this animal hospital. We visited last Sunday, 8/24/25. My 4y/o black lab was suddenly exhibiting a lack of desire to eat, but drinking plenty. She was less active and tender in her hindquarters. I did a full-body physical exam with palpation and came to find she had absolutely no issue with this, even in her hindquarters — she just wanted to lay down rather than stand. Just sad. The staff doesn't care unless you can pay. No sense of compassion. Didn't expect free, just compassion. You won't find it there!
