RecommendedI had a very difficult night there last night, but the staff and especially Dr Amy Young were tremendous. They were very professional but also very compassionate in providing care and easing our sweet kitty through her end of life.

RecommendedVery friendly and helpful staff. I brought in an injured stray kitten just before their closing time (at least it says on Google Maps that they close at 8pm). They immediately cared for the kitten. The lady at the front also explained to me what will likely happen to it. Even the vet came out to talk to me after she assessed the kitten and reassured me that they will do everything they can to relieve its suffering. I would absolutely recommend this animal ER. RecommendedHad an emergency last Thursday with our goldendoodle. Very nice, very accommodating. If I ever have another pet ER, I will not hesitate to head straight here. it is comforting to have them so close.
RecommendedA big fat thank you to the Sunday day and night crews at Animal Emergency Center of Braselton and to the Monday crew at Chestnut Mountain Animal Hospital. My dog Jack became acutely ill Sunday morning and needed to have a splenectomy. He received excellent care and is now home after a very scary 30 hours
