In April 2009, Dr. Paul Whittington purchased the building and assets of Prejean Veterinary Clinic and instituted Whittington Veterinary Clinic He hired his longtime friend and associate Dr. Casi Boudreaux to join him in the practice. Together, Dr. Casi and Dr. Paul strive to provide Vermilion and surrounding parishes with top-notch veterinary care from small breed to large breed (deer and cattle vet), with communication and compassion being the center that differentiates them from any other veterinary clinic.

I would highly recommend Dr. Whittington to all who have pets. I was out of town and had a goat that was pregnant and was down. This was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I called my vet in New Iberia and they did not know anything about goats, so I called vets in the New Iberia area and no one would treat her, I was told by one of the local vets that they would not treat her because I was out...
I wish it cost less. I have spent over $2000 this year boarding my dogs. Guess I need to stay home!

Very satisfied with caring Dr's and tech's at the Clinic. they are very professional and caring for the animals.
My puppy was well treated and was very happy when I picked her up. Dr Casey did a great job on her surgery and was so kind to call me afterwards. Her conversation made me feel relieved . The staff, as always, we're very helpful and very nice. Thank you for your dedication to helping our pets and us at the same time!

Everyone is so nice and friendly and Dr. Casi and Dr. Paul will go above and beyond to help your pets. I just feel so comfortable taking my pets there because I know they will be taken good care of.
It is always an excellent experience at Whittington Vet Clinic. Paul and his staff are always so welcoming and helpful. I trust Paul more than anyone else when it comes to caring for my animal.
