First, I was THRILLED with every other aspect of my experience. But the admin part was not great. I had to call twice to get on a list to discuss an appt so there was an extra delay. A week before my appointment someone called to ask what kind of surgery I wanted tho it was discussed lots before. Then the estimate came without the laser. I dont mind the repetition but it made me 'hope' the surgeon was going to know what to do on the big day if her records weren't clear. I understand with covid that staffing is harder. Dr. Greer is outstanding.
We were extremely happy with Bella's visit with Dr Greer. She listens to our concerns and is amazing for our pets. Bella was sick for a few years and is doing so much better now because of Dr Greer. During a routine annual exam for our cat, Maxwell, we had a very knowledgeable and friendly technician named Carlina (sp ?). We requested an unplanned nail trim and she was so kind to Max that he totally relaxed.
It is a pleasure and surprise to be able to have my Poodle seen as fast as I could get him to the Clinic. We live 45 min. away. My concerns were taken seriously and dealt with quickly and completely. Also having Dr. Greer be willing to do the Stomach Tack procedure in Jan. 2020 in the manner I preferred, proved to be fortuitous because of unique findings during the open surgery. I have already recommended Dr. Greer's Clinic to family & friends.

From the moment of making appointment with Brittany, to actually being there & meeting gal before being seen by Dr. Gareer were over the top. The gal that took Tink from me for her x-rays was such a caring woman, carried my little dog with such loving hands. Sometimes you wonder what happens after they take your dog but I know with her actions Tink was in excellent hands. Dr Gareer is very thoughtful, over the top! We have used Dr Greer's Vet clinic for many years and always get the best care! Even after moving away we tend to come back into town just to have are Pet care done by Veterinary Village. Thank You !!!!!!!
Everyone at the clinic is very friendly, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. We've always been treated like family and the team is very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. Highly recommended!
