You guys have been absolutely amazing with Rohaven! In the past I have been shamed by vets on quite a few things, including training methods, what I feed, and even keeping them intact primarily for health reasons. Not once have I ever been shamed for anything here, everyone has been incredibly kind and knowledgeable. My questions get answered in a reasonable timeframe even when I email with a question. By far best vet I’ve ever been to with my animals.
Grizzly was in pain. He wasn't sleeping, we weren't sleeping. We weren't sure if he had a muscle pull or back or neck issue. We were seen the same day by Dr, Griffeth and staff. Dr. Griffeth examined and adjusted Grizzly, prescribed some meds and then called us the next day to see how he was doing. Such caring staff. They love pets.

The one thing I wish I had known was what time his surgery actually was. I took a day of vacation to drop him off at 7:30am, but he didn't even have his surgery until after 4:00. I could have gone to work for 5hrs and not used a whole days vac. if I had known it would be that long before he was taken in. But he was treated well, and so was I. I might pay a little more here, but I wouldn't go any place else with my pet. Thank you

Dr. Ahmann is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a level of insight and veterinary care we never experienced at our previous vet. If your pet has specific needs or concerns I highly recommend the Veterinary Village.
