RecommendedStaff were very kind and kept us well informed about the status of our doggy. The doctor was very kind and thorough in the explanation of the procedure that was going to be done. This was our first time at VSS and while we don't ever want to have to go back for an emergency, but if we have to, I feel confident that our four legged family member will be in the best of hands
I love, love, love, these folks. I won't tell a big story but they are sensitive, caring and have been so nice on all three significant events I've used them for. They provide quality care and and they exhibited that they really care about me and my pets. 'Nuff said.
Everyone that I spoke to from receptionist, to vet tech, to doctor, treated me with respect, kindness, compassion and understanding. They took great care of my Phoebe. I will be forever grateful.
