RecommendedLove this place. If I could get it 4.5 stars I would. Been there twice in the last month due to seizures. All doctors were awesome. Front desk people’s were very helpful. The reasons they got 4 out of 5 is the last Tec I saw wasn’t familiar with my dogs case, I had to explain repeatedly that the instructions I was given weren’t correct ( medication they mentioned stopping had been stopped a month ago). I have never, ever in my life been more pleased with a veterinarian office in my life. I am new to the area, and my little dog (9lb) snuck under the fence and got attacked by 2 large breed dogs. In my panic, at 830pm, I couldnt find an emergency vet by typing just that in google so I called the first open vet I saw. they were closing in 10 minutes but sent me to VSS. Amazing place. They know what they’re doing. I would definitely recommend coming here. They won’t waste your time or money.
I had to put my sweet boy Rudy to sleep. He was bleeding internally from a cancer. EVERYONE was so kind, I never ever felt that Rudy was not cared for with kindness. They brought me in a room with a couch so i could hold my boy while he went to the bridge. They gave me time to say goodbye. They never rushed me. They helped Rudy and I however they could to make it as easy as humanly possible. Thank you so very much. I have had wonderful care with my babies. Ortho care with Dr Mahn and neuro care with Dr winninger. The best.

Very friendly and efficient.
Our situation ended very sad for us. Our boy Blue was diagnosed with a tumor deep within his brain. It was inoperable! He later passed after bringing him home the same day. Specialty Services of St. Louis was amazing, they did everything they possibly could for him! Everyone was so wonderful and compassionate! This truly is the finest facility! I praise God for you all and this amazing place! Thank you all for all you done to help Blue!
